神聖かまってちゃん [Shinsei Kamattechan] is a Japanese Noise Pop band created by の子 [Noko] in 2007. It's probably my favourite band right now, never before have I experienced someone express their emotions in such a blunt and honest way. The way they mix their
lyrics with the often times distorted and insane instrumentation is someting I'll never get enough of. It's so incredibly unique I can't think of any other artists to even compare them to... Maybe early Car Seat Headrest? Even though that's a little
far fetched it does remind me of Will Toledo at times... just the way they mix their emotive lyrics with distorted guitar, drum kits, weird leads which are often times just their voice but distorted feels kind of similar. Anyway enough comparisons.
