Probably one of the strongest female characters in any horror film too. I wish there were

I'm a huge sucker for those grimy green filtered 2000s horror movies like Saw but seeing this for the first time scratched an itch I didn't even know I had and I can't help but compare it to many other horror films.
Ginger Snaps actually has something to say and does a
damn good job at subtly getting it's message across without being too on the nose about it for the most part. I love the second one especially because of the setting which is mainly rehab, not that I've ever been to rehab though I have
however been to
mental hospitals several times and they are pretty much the same... At least the way it's depicted in this movie.
The third one is... okay. Nowhere near as good as the first two, as far as horror movies go those two are perfect!
